These terms and conditions (“Terms”) and the privacy policy (as available on the URL https://zlite.in/terms) (“Privacy Policy”) (collectively “User Agreement”) forms an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”) and rules made there under, as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes, as amended from time to time.

This User Agreement is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms and conditions for access or usage of the Zlite (including the uniform resource locator created for each Merchant) (“Website”), and the uniform resource locator created for each Merchant (the ‘Website’ hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), operated by DELCAPER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 52/A, Taiteniyam, Opp. AUDA Garden Prahladnagar, Vejalpur Ahmedabad -380015 Gujarat.
